Note: The total cost includes collection, duty and delivery of agreed items. A minimum order of £200 qualifies for free delivery.
Delivery: customers will be notified 24 – 48 hours before, with either an AM delivery or PM delivery, exact time can not be given until the day of delivery, failure of being able to receive goods at the agreed time, will result in the goods being stored with a storage charge of £5 per day and alternative transport charge. Prices are as printed in the Kenay Home catalogue no discounts or special offers will apply.
Damaged goods: If an item is damage we must be notified within 48hrs after delivery, Kenay Home will only refund the goods in its original packaging, extra charge of £30 for exchanging any item.
Guarantee: We will not be liable for any guarantee – this will be directly between Kenay Home and the end customer, (we only offer the collection service) Kenay Home cannot be held for any work undertaken from Top Design Kitchens (ikea gibraltar direct)
